About

Rachele

I’m an architect turned founder/tech enthusiast with a focus on product management, product strategy, and growth.

I'm passionate about building experiences that make a real difference in people's lives, and believe great solutions start with a reframe of the “problem.“ I have over 7+ years of experience as an architect designing office buildings, 4+ years of driving product as co-founder of LifeWeb 360, and a lifetime of hacking solutions to improve people’s lives.

Overview

At LifeWeb 360, I spearheaded product development from scratch, rapidly launched MVPs, and iterated based on customer insights. I was responsible for the full product lifecycle - from early research and prototyping to development and launch. I also designed and led experiments across web and email to optimize conversion funnels.

I rapidly iterated based on data and user feedback to grow our user base 412% and achieve an NPS of 66.

Experimentation

Through experimentation I validated my data driven product strategy around repackaging user generated content to improve acquisition and activation conversion rates.

The sample presented is experiment documentation to improve landing page conversion rates. This experiment is documented in Confluence and A/B test implemented with Google Optimize, with further analysis using SQL on our database.

Note: Visuals of landing page variations have been omitted.

Technical Documentation

The sample presented here are architecture diagrams created in the early stages of planning and post launch of LifeWeb 360.

Visualizing our platforms high-level workflow and component relationships—like backend services, APIs, databases, and UI—enabled shared understanding, and streamlined discussions and collaborations ensuring we stayed productive and only built was was necessary.

Prototyping

The samples presented here are a range of prototypes at different levels of refinement for different features, that unlocked feedback accelerating our design iterations. By investing upfront in prototypes, including minimum viable features, we were able to gather insights that maximized productivity down the line.

Low-fidelity wireframes facilitated rapid ideation and collaboration, while higher-fidelity interactive prototypes enabled more immersive user testing.

Planning

The sample presented below is a product roadmap I created that captured the high-level user experiences we aimed to deliver. As an early stage startup we needed to have the flexibility to respond to learnings and new opportunities, but still deploy consistent value to our users. So these roadmaps required frequent reassessment, at minimum quarterly.

To flush out the design on these strategic roadmaps, I mapped desired experiences to specific features that I then documented as user stories in JIRA and ordered/prioritized any backlog according to the established product goals. My focus on linking roadmap strategy to executable sprints ensured we made consistent progress towards our most impactful goals.

User Stories

The sample provided here is a user story for one ticket within the Social SSO experience.

User stories are the most important building block to the execution of my product strategy. I write comprehensive user stories from the end user's perspective. To clarify goals and success metrics for engineers, I include everything from flow diagrams, wireframes, acceptance criteria, and UI mocks created in Figma.

Detailed user stories like these drove development, while aligning engineers with the end user needs behind each feature.
